Never in my life have I had issues with insurance claims or medical billing until I brought my child here. First, they submitted the insurance claim using the wrong insurance information, even though the correct insurance information (the mother’s) was already on file. As a result, they sent us a bill for the full amount in May. The bill simply stated that the insurance company hadn’t paid anything and that we were responsible for the balance. It never mentioned that they had used the wrong insurance information or were having trouble locating the correct policy. After I contacted them, they asked me to call our insurance company and provide the same information I had already given them when we received care in April. Eventually, they corrected the claim and resubmitted it. Then, about a month later, they sent me another bill in June claiming that the insurance hadn’t paid the full amount and I am responsible for a remaining unpaid balance of $86, and in addition to this, they also added an interest of $1.14 on our account. Efficient visit, hygienists are always very kind and check frequently to make sure kids are comfortable. Dr. Huynh took extra time to explain dental care and asked great questions about how our kids are feeling about their smiles, zero pressure to correct spacing that our teen is not concerned about. The front desk staff is always friendly and wonderful!

Our first visit with our two boys was fantastic. Scheduling and paperwork were a breeze, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. Dr. Swapna is thorough and patient; she took the time to clearly explain our options and outline a phased treatment plan. When our younger son threw a major tantrum during his very first dental visit, Dr. Swapna and her team handled it beautifully. Their calm demeanor and alternative suggestions kept my wife and me completely at ease and stress-free. From the X-rays to the final consultation, the entire experience was seamless. It’s no wonder they have such great reviews—this will be our go-to dentist until the boys grow up and choose their own

I’ve taken my 3 kids here since we moved her about 9 years ago. We’ve had the most experience with Dr. Lee, but all the dentists and hygienists have been excellent. They’re not only great with kids of all ages, they really focus on prevention and making sure each kid (and parent) has a good understanding of what’s happening. I definitely feel confident in their recommendations, esp. as my kids get to the age of potentially needing orthodontics. Front office and billing staff are also friendly and easy to work with. If you're looking for a dentist for your kid(s), I would highly recommend coming here.

Amazing experience! The entire staff was incredibly friendly and patient with my son. They made him feel so comfortable and at ease. Highly recommend for any parents looking for a stress-free dental visit!
